1. What we collect

• Public business contact details taken from businesses' own websites, used to reach out about a redesign.
• Information you submit in our forms: name, email, phone, project brief and logo link.
• Call-back requests and, when you ask us to call, call recordings and transcripts. Calls may be handled by an AI assistant and may be recorded.
• Payment details are processed by Ziina. We never see your full card number.
• Basic view counts for preview pages.

2. Why we use it

To create and show your preview, reply to you, deliver and host your website, and keep business records.

3. Legal basis and opting out

We contact businesses on the basis of legitimate interest in business-to-business outreach. You can opt out at any time: just reply "no" to our message or email us.

4. Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run Refront Studio: Ziina for payments, our hosting and database providers, and our email and voice providers.

5. How long we keep it

Details of businesses that don't respond are deleted after 12 months. Customer records are kept as long as required for accounting.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected].

7. We never sell your data

We do not sell personal information.
