Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Refront Studio is a small online web-design studio based in Barsha Heights, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, serving small businesses worldwide.

2. The service

We may prepare a free, personal concept of your homepage. Viewing it costs nothing and creates no obligation.

If you choose to proceed, we build your full website of up to 5 pages for a one-time fee of USD 399 (or the AED 1,490 equivalent). Payments are processed securely by Ziina.

4. Delivery

We deliver your website within 5 business days after we receive your completed project brief.

5. Your content

You agree to give us accurate information, and you confirm you have the right to use any logo, text or images you send us.

6. Revisions and fixes

One round of revisions is included. For 30 days after delivery we fix any defects in the work we delivered at no extra cost.

7. Ownership

Once you have paid in full, you own the delivered website design and content. Third-party fonts, libraries and similar components stay under their own licences.

8. Hosting and domain

Your domain name stays yours, wherever it is registered. We tell you which DNS record to add so your site appears on it.

Hosting with Refront is optional and costs USD 99 a year, starting when your site goes live. It includes hosting, an SSL certificate and small text and photo edits. It does not renew automatically: we email you before each renewal with a payment link. If you prefer, we give you the site files to host anywhere at no extra charge.

9. Use of AI

We use AI tools in design and production. Every deliverable is reviewed by us before delivery.

10. No guaranteed results

We don't guarantee specific business results, search rankings, traffic or revenue.

11. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund policy.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the service.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai.
