We want you to be happy with your new website. Here is exactly when you can get your money back.
1. Full refund
You get a full refund if you ask before we start building, that is, before you submit your project brief, or if we can't deliver your website.
2. Not satisfied with the first delivery
If you're not happy with the first delivery, we revise it once.
If you're still not satisfied after the revision, you can ask for a 50% refund within 14 days of delivery.
3. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original card through Ziina, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
4. How to request a refund
